The people behind Parting Seas — building intentional spaces and lasting value.
Jason Matalon is the founder of Parting Seas Investments (PSI), a firm established in Las Vegas over 15 years ago. As a second-generation entrepreneur, Matalon's vision is driven by his passion for design, development, and helping others create unique solutions and sustainable design.
Background: Prior to PSI, Matalon co-founded and operated an online lending, payment processing, and insurance firm with his father starting in 1999, offering products tailored for military and government personnel.
PSI's Growth: PSI's evolution started with single-family rental homes, transitioning to office space, then to ground-up neighbourhood retail focused on locally owned businesses. Currently, the team is developing intentionally designed warehouse flex space in the southwest.
Recognition: PSI's commitment to intentional design was recognized with a NAIOP design spotlight award in 2020.
With a focus on intentional design and lasting value, Matalon and PSI are building more than properties — they're creating opportunities for businesses and communities to grow together.
